1. What is Microblading?
It is a manual method of micro cuts into the basal layer of skin to insert pigment to create extremely fine natural looking hair strokes, resulting in fuller perfect brows.
2. How long does it last?
Microblading can last anywhere from 10 months to 3 years. Results depend on your skin type, aftercare, health, skincare routine, and lifestyle. Everyone will respond to the procedure differently and I cannot guarantee our results.
3. How many sessions will I need?
Microblading requires a minimum of two appointments. At the second session (6-8 weeks following your initial appointment), we will assess the color, evaluate how your skin is reacting to the pigment and make any necessary changes. Additional touch ups may be necessary for clients with oily or problematic skin, darker pigmentation, or for those who did not follow proper aftercare instructions. Microblading is a process and your final results won't be reached until after your second session. Annual touch ups are recommended to keep the color looking vibrant and the strokes looking crisp.
4. Does it hurt?
Every person responds to pain differently, but most people feel little to no discomfort. I use a topical anesthetic that is applied before the procedure and once again during the session to make it as pain-free as possible. Also keep in mind upon booking your appointment, your more sensitive during your menstrual cycle!
5. How do you choose the shape and color?
At the beginning of your appointment, we will discuss what you want your new brows to address any concerns you have. I will take measurements and come up with a design that best suits your bone structure and face shape. Once we agree on a shape, we will decide on a color together based on your skin's undertone and natural hair color.
6. Do you work on previously microbladed or tattooed brows?
Previously tattooed/microbladed brows are dealt with on a case by case basis. A picture must be submitted before booking for approval.

7. How long does it take to heal?
Your brows will appear larger and darker for the first 2-3 days and then begin to flake and peel. Healing time is typically 10-12 days, but everyone is different so individual results may vary. After 1-2 weeks, your brows may look blurred, uneven, grey, or as if they have disappeared. Be patient, you will see the true results in 6-8 weeks!
